Buderus/Riello ignition problems

Has anyone had ignition problems with buderus 115/21 boilers and Riello F3 burners, have been installing them for years with no troubles now three in two months have intermintant ignition trouble all were set up with a PCA-55
combustion analyzer, .04 draft,12.5 C02,0 smoke, pump presure set per manufacturer specs.
Any info would be appreciated.

Riello
The only Riello I had a problem with had a bad flare on the fuel line. Redoing that (and adding a Tigerloop) solved that one.
By the way, are you in Anacortes?

Riello ignition
The four normal ignition problems on riello in order...Faulty nozzle , electrode settings , burner settings or a cracked porcelain . Since your numbers look correct besides the high draft (breach I hope), drop the burner settings..
