Paloma Pack Forced Hot water replacement

in THE MAIN WALL
Currently there is a Paloma Pack forced hot water boiler in every unit. They are in a closet, they are 75,000 Btu's each and chimney vented,in this 4 unit apartment building. The closets are extreemly small,they will fit a WeilMcClain Ultra or Burnham space pack are the any chimney style boilers that are wall mount that anybody would recommend.
