pump head

I've got an indirect DHW with a high head HX. It is a Bradford White with 80' of .55" id tube inside the tank. The 3/4" copper to and from the unit is a total of 13' with 6 90* elbows and one Honeywell zone valve. BW wants to see about 3.5 to 4.5 gal. per min. thru it and a max of 5 gal. The system has one Taco 007 for everything. (4 zones including the tank). So is this in the ballpark or how do I calculate this out? Your help is as always greatly appreciated.

Wishing you all the best for a happy and healthy holiday season.

Larry
