WE INSTALL ABOUT 20-30 STEAMERS A YEAR.ALWAYS END UP WITH ONE OR TWO THAT DRIVE US NUTS ALL WINTER.I POSTED THIS ONE ABOUT AWEEK AGO HAVE TRIED AFEW THINGS BOILER PULLS VACUUM ON OFF CYCLE MAKES FEEDER FEED AND ENDS UP FLOODING BOILER.MY QUESTION TODAY,CUSTOMER SAYS HE REMOVED PIPE INSULLATION 2 YEARS AGO [HAS ABOUT 400 FT OF MAINS IN BASEMENT]WILL REMOVING INSULLATION CAUSE STEAM TO CONDENSATE TO FAST AND CREATE MY MYSTERY VACUUM ON DOWN CYCLE????SYSTEM OPERATES AT ABOUT 13OZS OF PRESSURE AND RUNS GREAT UNTIL OFF!!!!THANKS AND HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.

400 feet of main no less! Insulation should do the trick. Are you sure the main vents aren't the old #76 vacuum vent? Mad Dog
