I posted some pictures of this job over the summer and had a few questions for you guys. After hours of research (not kidding) and alot of help from some people on this WALL & a local distributor we found out the ins and outs of this old radiant system.

By doing this we came up with a plan to bring this old radiant system up to date and add a new radiant system, 2 baseboard zones, & an indirect. We then proposed it to the HO and got blasted out of the water for being to $$$$. Well another contractor came in (actually a good guy, who did not know we where already involved) and started looking around at the system. He talked to a few guys and found out we already looked @ the system. He decided it was over his head and gave the HO our name to touch this beast.

So we got a deposit and we are off!

Sometimes the bull gets u by the horns and sometimes u get the bull!
