professional help for a DIY

OK,
So I want to install a system with 3 zones + indirect hot water tank. I want to use radiators, baseboard heaters and 1 towel warmer to heat the bath. After reading all these posts I now have the fear of failure deeply seated within me (thanks alot guys). I've done a heat loss analysis on my building and feel confidant about constructing the system, installing and all that goes into it. I've designed the system, but would love to hire someone to go over my plans and give me suggestions or let me know if they see any glaring errors. Anybody out there willing to touch this with a 10 foot pole or am I barking up the wrong tree. Thanks in advance.

I would have no problem reviewing plans,

but I would of course charge a fee AND want to know your qualifications and see if you had any business attempting this - maybe you do. Last, I would have you sign off that I would not be responsible for anything. But, if you did what I said - to the tee, I would guarantee it to work. I'm sure others would be glad to help too, but would be very careful as I have mentioned. Mad Dog

  • This is the right tree. Nothing to fear here.

This forum is for all who are willing to listen and learn.

Why don't you post your proposed plans up here for all of us to review/creteque. Just last week a well known, respected and nationally recognized plumbing & heating contractor posted here in hopes of warning off any possible oversights he may have excluded from his design. I'll bet he was glad he took it to the Wallies before he lit his tourch.

You've got nothing to fear but,,, that darned company from Vermont telling unsuspecting consumers how easy it really is ;-) Just kidding. Well,,, not really.

Add me to your buddy list. I've got a bunch of Wallies on my list.
