Looking for old \"one-way port valves\" for American Radiators
I have two American Radiators that I believe are steam units that are part of a hot water system in a 1925 home in Roslyn Wasington. It's a two-pipe hot water system and the radiators are consistent with what is used and functions throughout the rest of the home. They were unfortunately disconnected at some point and the connecting hardware lost. My plumber and I - for lack of a better name - call them - "one-way self-teeing port valves." The two pipes come out of the floor and are connected by the valve that looks like a yoke with the handle on top and a 90-degree signle port out of the side that connects to the radiator. Joel at A1 says they haven't been made for years. The valve is not particularly important - so we would consider a non-valvedmethod of connection. Any idea of sources for such hardware? Thanks!0 -
Does it look like this?

wander off the wall
Look over at the left, click on "Heating Q&A" then "Gravity Hot Water Heating" then scroll down the whole way and look at the last 3 questions/answers. They talk about this valve.
It's a Honeywell Unique valve.
Sorry, but I don't know of a ready source. Perhaps someone else will. Salvage company and rebuild it may be your best bet.
