I am doing some checking
I think there may be some place here in New England that still has parts. I still have the service and operations manuals for the Netaheat. Fun to work on with the works that fold up.
Let you know what I find.0 -
My source for Paloma Pak
parts no longer handles Potterton Netaheat. He advised me to try Hydrotherm who supposodly was the support for those.
Give them a try Tim and see what you come up with.0 -
Try Baxi Luna reps
who have taken over Potterton I beleive they are in England. I would also advise you to do a search for Potterton Netaheat Boilers to view some safety issues relative to that boiler. There is an extensive amount of internet info on them.0 -
Potterton
You could try contacting Potterton UK to see if they can give you some US contacts.

Potterton used to be The Big Name in UK domestic boilers. They're now part of the Baxi-Potterton group. Domestic boilers are marketed by Baxi, the Potterton side mainly do commercial boilers. The Netaheat was a very common and reliable boiler whilst they were making it. I put one in my mother's house in about 1987 and it's still going strong. Spares are probably available here. I can provide some e-mail addresses if you can't get them locally.0 -
Thanks guys
Thanks all for the input, I did get ahold of Baxi and their tech guy out of canada use to work with them in England. But no parts as far as we can tell in the US. Thanks again. Tim0 -
Netaheat
We have been in touch with the UK boys and nothing is available anywhere. The company morphed into a shell of what once was. We have found a way to modify the blower and find replacement motors - if that helps? We also have complete set of shop and installation manuals if you need them.
Pronto in NYC has a few replacement parts, but is rebuilding the draft inducer at 4 times the cost of new modified we stumbled upon.
If I can help, feel free to email me.
