I'm doing more of this work of late. My clients install all of the plates, then we come in and install the tube and do the mechanicals. These ZCPs for water heaters are slick. It helps me keep labor costs lower and allows me access into this market.

Yes, that is an air separater. It's made by Watts. It works a lot better when installed horizontally, though. Nice unit. It has a three 1/2" tappings for a bigger air vent and compression tank.

No leaks with the ProPress system. I'm surprised a big spender ;-) like you doesn't have one yet!
