Who has used it?
How do you like it?
How user friendly is it?
Is it accurate?
Do you find it a rock solid program?
Looking for a program that is easy to use and
that I do not need a class to learn it!!
.I know the return policy sounds good like anything else you buy here is..Just want to know how it works in the real world...Thankyou Richard

I use it all the time...
about th eonly thing I've not been able to figure out with it is the output of a 300 foot loop of 5/8" PEX stapled up from below installed in a cheap metal flashing:-)
That probably is because that is NOT an industry recognized standard:-O
To give you an example of accuracy, in the field we have to trust that the numbers his program generates are accurate, because we rarely have an actual means of flow verification. However, here in my personal lab, I DO have a visual flow meter, and I plugged in all the values of my system in his program, and it came back and said I should be seeing 2.75 GPM flow rate. Guess what. I saw a 2.8 GPM flow rate.
Well worth the investment, and real easy to use.

manual
Did you recieve a manual with it?
I purchashed it recently have not had time to use it yet ,but there was no book

The Manual....
is available on the "Hydronic Pro's" website.
I love the injection simulator. I had a job with Siggy's mini-tube system in mind. I had 1½ primary loop, 80 total feet of 1" for an injection loop, and 120' of 2" L hard for my secondary loop. The 2" fed 4ea manifolds that were piped reverse return.
His injection simulator helped me in that I could plug in the total linear footage of my injection loop, add the elbows, tees, etc, and know to the letter what GPM and head pressure I was at. It was to cool.
Hope it works for you. I use it alot more on my heat loads. I am so used to my Wirsbo software, but it is nice to double check it with HDS 1.11 on big jobs. I had one job on Wirsbo's software generated a heat load of 292,000 BTU's. The HDS 1.11 software, same spec, came in at 293,500 BTU's.

Absolutely...
incedible is the best way I can think of to describe it I would have gladly paid twice the price after seeing it demonstated at Wetstock.Buy it!

Keep in mind
HDS1.11 is a Productivity suite, as John told me, it is not a heat loss program. So, you need to load values and results from one module to the next in your design process. Or, you can use individual modules for specific design calculations. Quite usefull for a complete design, or a question that needs answering.
The Manual can be accessed by clicking the Start button, hover over the HDS icon. Click on the manual from the drop down.
