    dont know where bacharach would be without him..how is that tester?.ive thought of getting one as a backup to my more expensive bacharach unit.

    My 'go to' guy in customer service, all I really did was forward your email to him, Norm quickly got a replacement moisture trap shipped out.

    The new one should be OK, we got a batch of defective ones from the plastics manufacturer several months ago.


    Thank you for your understanding and stay in touch, let me know what you find with the instrument (I'm sure you'll be amazed at what you would have missed without it!!)

    I checked this thread ! My moisture trap broke a nipple off last week. Bought it in August thru REMichel. Just haven't called them about it yet. At least I know it's not just my luck !
