I have an ITT safety shutoff Model # K3E59A2 2" in & out,on a 1 pipe steam , H B Smith boiler, that the solenoid is starting to buzz, I was wanting to know if the solenoid can be replaced by itself, or do you need to replace it as a unit, I am not looking forward to shutting down this 31 unit apartment buildings heat any longer than necessary. Also I need a source for parts, if anyone could help, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Phillip

If I remember that
head used to be replaceable if it is still being made. If not you can use a V48 (120 volt) or V88 (24 volt) Honeywell valve to replace it page 560 in the Honeywell catalog.0
