i've recently installed a few mcleans with becketts about 3 weeks ago i recieved a mclean with a afg burner with all the good stuff the burner had a turbolator instead of a f head and was firing a 45 degree noz the flame was awesome on a 3 section now i've installed 4 more all with standard rwb units f heads but with post pre purge oil valves and ect but they do not burn as the others also with only 100 psi set on the pumps am i being bs as to the fact that the few afg that came through where a fluke and now the burners that i get are the correct or is someone at the supply house(sales guy) sticking ole crap to us figuring we wouldn't notice the boss states that all the burners are the same he does no installs or service and has no ideas i would like to know what becketts are suppose to come with these boilers and if i,m being b.sed about the whole thing i believe i can tell the difference of one from the other

Old Stock
They're clearing out old stock on you. Specify which burner setup you want, if it's a good supplier, they'll realize you're not dumb and pass the old stock on to someone else.0 -
ole stuff
i thuoght that wa the story but could not get a straight answer from our purchasing guy i thought that it was ole stuff but now i feel it for sure thanks for the input trying to get them to switch to buderus stuff but it is a hard battle they don't put them in or service them so what do they know and also they don,t set them up so they don,t the difference but one look at the flame and you know some thing is up thanks againR.A.
