Floor Drain in existing floor

Has any one any experience installing floor drains in existing formed concrete floors (reinforced concrete decks - not floors on grade)? The question is how the drain can be supported and made water proof.

    floor drains

    core drill, chip out for flashing ring, flash w / sheet lead, copper or vinyl and pour. piping and trap hung and supported below. so much easier than heating. lol
