Sauna with radiators

That's why I like my job; every day there's something new.

About two weeks ago, we bid a job for a health clinic; probably 2,000 []; some floor warming and some heating. He called back today to say that he wants to heat the air to 120° in one of the rooms using radiant. I told him it would be better if he got a separate dry steam generator; you know, like a Mr. Sauna. But it's like he doesn't hear me; he wants me to do it with a boiler.

So I started thinking about it; don't think I can do it with low temperature radiant, but perhaps with a large radiator. I could do heat calculations on the room and plug in 120° for an indoor temperature. But I don't know what kind of thermostat would go that high.

Has anyone done anything like this before?
