My neighbor got stuck @ midnight in his driveway, went out to help, BLIZZARD type conditions, clean up will be fun!

    Snowing?

    How's the snow in over there in Boston? The wife just said she heard on TV that they closed Logan.

    Snow is a four letter word!

    Can't really say how much has fallen because the wind is blowing so hard. There is a drift on the side of the house, covering over half of the 6 foot fence, and the neighbor downstairs can't even see out her window on that side. The drift is taller than I am. The piles at the end of the driveway are huge,and the front of the house still showing some grass.
    I'm going to guess somewhere around 15-18" so far.
    It really doesn't look like it's going to let up anytime soon either.Nearby towns are showing anywhere from 18-25"

    I haven't heard from my brother, so I'm guessing he got out of Logan yeserday before they closed. Poor kid, on his way to Turks/Caicos for a week,but he's gonna come back to a real surprise.Chris

    Steve 20" on the ground now and still coming down heavy. But wait it gets better 4pm game today in Foxboro Ma ,just heard there's over 25" on the ground and they are playing Miami! should be a good one.

    Ok now who was complaning about how hot it was in july!!!

    I let the dog out at 4 am it was as bad as I have ever seen.The snow was coming down sideways. The dog loved it

    not last July, i know it wasnt me, or probally not any of the wallies from New England....past summer was one of the most "un-fun" summers I can remember, cool, cloudy, only about a week of what I call summer weather....now an early winter storm.

    YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Qick update.....

    Still snowing, but it's finally slowing!

    Well over 2 feet up on the North Shore of Mass. Drifts approaching 6 FT. and the driveway piles are even bigger.
    The main roads are passable, but the secondaries are a skating rink.

    Best news....My brother called from HOME, and his flight has been re-scheduled to Mon. at 5:50 A.M. (somehow I feel better!) SNOW....is STILL a four letter word! Chris
