Sno - Melt?

Richard, you must deal with a wholesaler in Maine. Which one? I don't know any in Maine that are not involved in Radiant heating of all apllications, including Snow & Ice melting. They should have design manuals from whichever Manufacturer they represent; Wirsbo, Rehau, Watts Radiant,Zurn Radiant, Kitec, etc., etc., etc. Most will also have Technical people who can get you started. That's the most direct avenue I can suggest.
Then, with some Web searching, you can quickly develop a good list of on-line resources( stay away from the direct sales ones).
Good Luck,
Jed
