Hydro-Air in a Attic

We know they should not be up their to begin with, and yes it is almost scorched air, but a least it uses hot water, but we have a customer who has one, looking for solutions to blowing cool air from duct. It should be boxes in an insulated room and duct covered, but this may not be in the budget, has anyone tried fanhandler controls to run constant circulation? Any other ideas besides boxing and insulating ducts more?

try adding a honeywell or white rogers strap on aquastat to keep the fan from running till hot water is running thru the coil if i hope there is anti freeze in the system

hydro air....
I put a strap on aquastat in the return line close to the coil that opens the zone valve and circulates hot water through the coil if the temp falls below 40*, I'd rather stay away from antifreeze0
