What a scary day! (Jamie)

Woke up yesterday morning and checked up on my little guy who has been sick for a week. When the light hit him I almost dropped in shock. The little man was so swollen he could not even open his eyes. We rushed him to the ER and discovered that he is allergic to the penicillin he has been on. It's been a rough two days and he finally relaxed enough to catch some shut-eye. If you get a chance would you say a little prayer for our little man to have a speedy recovery?

Our prayers are offered up

for the little guy. I have a grandson almost three. We had him go into convulsions awhile back and then was passed out for a while. It makes you feel so helpless. Thank God most of the time they tough it out and quickly recover. That is our hope for your guy.

I had a similar event when my oldest daughter was 2. She had an allergic reaction to a vaccination shot and went into convulsions and had to be rushed to the ER. It sure can make you old in a hurry...

Our prayers are with you & your son. Mine was around 2 yrs. old when he had a similar problem. Gave my ex & me many sleepless nights. Now he's a 24 yr.old MARINE Sgt. and still gives me the hebby jebbies. Sometimes I think their main mission in life is to give their parents premature gray hair
