High Altitude + LP = ?

I read in the Pinnacle IOM that LP is a no-go >7,000' altitude. HTPs' Guy Wollard says that a Munchkin + LP >6,000' altitude must have hot surface ignition installed? Whats up with high altitude + LP? Is hot surface ignition as good? Bill Patrick
