this system has adjustable seats in its radiator traps. Does anyone know how they should be adjusted???? I posted some pictures of the traps also!!

Looks like they just screw in
but if the threads go all the way thru the trap bodies, try setting them so there is about 1/16" between the element and the seat when the trap is cold.

yes the threads do go all the way through the trap. I'll try that adjustment. thanks0 -

as usual...sorry i missed out on that job..you can turn those pictures 90 degrees using microsoft paint which may be on your computer already..oh, i snagged you an old mouat thermostatic trap to compare with those ideal traps today..i'll give it to you next time we cross paths..gwgillplumbingandheating.com
