we only had to spend two days on our knees finishing this, well, almost finished. This panel is up on the scond floor over the office area of a small commercial project. We had about 4-8" to get the panel against the wall.
5000 square feet of concrete radiant with tube centers from 15" to 6". We tubed the slab in the middle of January. Brrrrrr!
The owner is moving his machine shop into this building and when I showed him what the Vitodens can do, he had to have it.

Wirsbo manifolds
Just installed our first flowmeter manifolds last week, the job is not ready yet for trim out or boiler install yet, just wondering how well you like the manifolds and the high tech gadget you need to test them ?Just for kicks, what did you have to pay for the test meter, just checking to see if my supplier is being honest.0 -
Nice!!
Like the idea of piping the LLH high, good place for the LWCO. Why didn't I think of that??
Good lookin' job...of course!!

No, it's Insultarp, Mike.
You will notide there is a curb poured all the way around the building with polystyrene on the inside extending down 4' with Insultarp under the entire slab.
We had the manifold panel wrapped in plastic during the pour with just the air pressure gauges protruding. The entire slab was pumped so there was no worry about wheelbarrows being tipped right on the tube.

Actually.........
I didn't pay anything. The Wirsbo Advantage Members were offered them for free if they purchased a certain amount of Tru-Flow manifolds. I purchased enough manifolds for a couple of projects and ended up with two meters at no cost.

Yep, and thank you.........
for letting me try it. It worked OK, for the most part and it did make Jason's job easier. I was the guy bent over all day tying the corners and turn arounds. After all, I am so much younger than he is ;-)
