    or so I've been told by an insider. Hey, does that make this insider information?

    When the feds offered her a deal, her reply wasn't repeatable and she supposedly stated they couldn't touch her (insert another word for your backside). Evidently Ms. Martha can curse like a sailor! Her attitude and words were so abrasive and aloof that the feds decided she was going down.

    But fear not, seeing Ms. Martha get hers will have given Ken Lay, et al, a serious wake up call. They're next and whatever Martha gets should be multiplied by about a million for the remaining crooks whose actions ruined many lives.

    If your broker takes your money (commission) why than in order to keep you as a client, shouldn't he or she or whatever, also help you protect your investment?

    A question not brought by the illustrious net work talking heads,,,,who tipped off the ceo and the family the FDA was not approving at that time.

    Where's the fox in the hen house?

    How many employees do these S.B. prosecutors have.

    All we seem to here is it's ....ALL ABOUT JOBS... well how many jobs is the mistake in judgment going to cost?

    Don't break the law and you won't have to worry about getting snagged. Why should she be above the law? If you notice they are working their way up the ladder at enron and wordcom. Ask the people who bought the stock she dumped if they feel bad for poor little martha.

    Believe me Brian.............I really loathe Martha.............

    but it appears they are going a bit overboard in making an example of her. Not going to lose sleep over her doin' time in the joint, though. It is surprising how many people on all sides of the political spectrum are reveling in her troubles. I think of W.E.B. Du Bois and his analogy about crabs in a bucket..and how when one crab finally "claws" his way to the top, and is just about to get out, the others yank him back down..........Mad Dog
