Where can I get good info on different radiant wall applications? Would Ayr-foil with tubes installed in front of it work good? 120deg? thanks

What info do you need?
It's basically a floor turned on edge!
The same R-value math applies for loss calcs. They can run a bit warmer surface temperatures (higher output) as generally folks don't walk on them
Some of the radiant manufactures have design help in their manuals, for wall and ceiling applications.
Always, always start with a room by room heat loss calc. Then build the "panel assembly" be it walls ceilings, or floors around the design numbers. Happy heating.

Transfer
The transfer factor changes from 2 btu/sqft to I believe 1.6 btu/sqft. Check with your manufacturer.
