Erie zone valve

I have 5 erie zone valves ( VT2313G12A02A)and I need to connect each one to individual thermostats which require 3 wires. I am now using thermostats which only require two wires and they work well, but the thermostats I want to use require 3 wires so I can remotely control the thermosats through my security system and the third wire is necessary for the common(?). the erie's, according to my hvac person, is designed for only two wires to be connected to the thermostat. Is there a way to configure the zone valves or thermostats so three wires are used. Somehow I need the common to create a loop or something like that.

Thanks

amie

Would it not make more sense to

leave the existing 'stats and ZV's alone and simply snag the signal on the "output" wires of the ZV?

Don't quite understand what your attempting to do.

Do you need an end switch?

The alarm system may need notification that there is a call for heat? Just a guess. Your Erie zone valves are a "Pop-Top" model so they are easy to change. If you want to look for actuator options go to www.invensysibs.com, Products, Erie, Literature, and all the instruction sheets and wiring is there.
