Hey Guys,

Hope this isn't too far off subject. I'm moving my family from Upstate NY to Upstate MN this summer. So I'm about to start my job search and since I'd really like to end up working for people who think like most of you, I was hoping you'd let me know what you guys like to see in the way of resumes, cold calls vs. letters, etc. I've been working for the same company for 9 years and I got that job without really applying, so I'm way out of practice.

I sent a picture of my most impressive work with my resume. It was really easy to do when sending via email especially. Every contractor called me back and offered me a job at some point! In fact I still get calls!
