I do it from this end, Paul.
I've set up the link to the new website. When you're ready with the photos just email them to me at mailroom@heatinghelp.com and I'll pop them in.
I'm going to be in Italy from March 3 - 11 so I won't be able to do it during that time, though. Thanks.Retired and loving it.0 -

We're going to the Italian version of ISH
It's called Mostra Convegno. We were there two years ago and it's a fun show. It's in Milan. We'll be there for two days and then on to Florence for five days, where my goal is to sit al fresco, drink wine, eat bread, watch people stroll by, and look at the shadows moving.Retired and loving it.0 -
Thanks Dan
and you and all have a great time.

I love that show, nice
people, great food and oh my, it is Italia, FACT!
Have fun and enjoy. Almost made it this year except for some personal problems. Two years to go!0 -
Milan?
Isn't that picture Florence? Or does that just look like il Pontevecchio?
Wish us all good health with a Campari and soda.
Centanni, Dan! (may you live a hundred years)

Yes, Florence
Our hotel is next to Pontevecchio. We're two days in Milan on the business and the rest of the time in Florence. I have many shadows to observe, and many new species of birds to ponder.Retired and loving it.0 -
Along the Arno...
probably very close your hotel is the Plaza Lucchese Hotel. There is a very well preserved retro-euro piano lounge next to the lobby. The pianista plays and sings the most beautiful music. Definitely NOT a thing to do with the guys. If you are with the Lovely Marianne, try to get there.

Birds of Italy
I heard that the Italian Audubon Society is reknown for it's multiple sightings of the "double breasted mattress thrashers!" Have a wonderful trip Dan, you've earned it!

Have fun in Italy
Save some of the vino for the rest of us when we get there. Be safe, have fun, and enjoy.

One more thing...
Dan,
Not that you asked but Cibreo is one of the best and most respected restaurants in the world. It is about a mile from Il Pontevecchio, close to the river. Living in NYC, I eat good food all the time. A meal at Cibreo, however, is a rare indulgence.
A much cheaper place but very popular with the locals is called Aqua al Due.
I wish I was going to Italy this week.
Enjoy.
