Looking for gas help.

I'm looking for a dry fuel filter to install in my gas supply line feeding a genarator.According to manufacturors installation one is required.Asked local generator dealer that sells mainly natural gas units and was told to get it from my local supply house. I have gone to three diffrent suppliers and they have no clue. Would appreciate any help. THANKS!!!

    Thats the

Filters installed before the meter. The untility has them in the piping just before the regulator on the older style meter racks. Have had several no heat calls and have found no gas because the filter is loaded up. J.Lockard

    Look here

www.Mertikmaxitrol.com Quite a few suppliers deal with Maxitrol products. good luck
  • Anthony try your local

gas utility to determine exact model you need, they can be purchased from Maxitrol. You can also get in touch with the company that makes the generator and often they will supply one to you. I would go to them direct and not go through the supply house.
