Hydronics Design Studio software

The lastest version (v1.12) of the Hydronics Design Studio software - professional edition, is now available.
The new version makes it easier to enter routing piping configurations for radiant heating manifold piping within the hydronic circuit simulator module, and corrects some minor display errors.
Registered owners of any previous professional version of the software can download a free upgrade to v1.12 under "free software downloads" link at www.hydronicpros.com. While there you can also download a free program for calculating areas and volumes - (the Area&Volume Calculator).
Enjoy,
Siggy

Siggy.
I would love to have some of your software if you had a metric system suitable for the UK.
It looks ''jolly good stuff'' & would go down a treat here in the UK.
Kind regards.

hydronics software
Jimmy,
Converting to metric units is one thing. Another much larger challenge would be to establish the databases for hydronic hardware such as circulators, baseboard, piping, etc. that is pretty much all different from those used in North America. I also assume there would be code-related constraints on design that may have to be factored in. Are there similar analytical programs dealing with hydronic heating design in the UK / Europe?

John,
Will you be at WS IV & if not, will you be sending along copies for sale?
Thanks

Toe in the water.
Siggy.
Thanks for your reply. To my knowledge there is no software(at a fair price)that can provide hydronic design for small installations.
What we do have is plenty of heat loss calc software. Most of the radiator manufacturers provide free.
I understand fully what you're saying about codes etc. But hay, that didn't stop a certain Mr G..es obtaining world domination.
Siggy, what about trying a limited program for under floor radiant heating suitable for the UK market.
If I can help please contact me via email.
Thanks for reading.
Kind regards.
Jimmy Gillies.
