isolation
Do you have the 24v and the millivolt properly isolated ???? How are the controls wired ??? I assume the water feed is a small timer type and not a float.0 -

Dirty Water
Maybe you introduced some oil to the boiler water during the install. If so the water will surge triggering the switch in the #67 for more water. You can check to see if the water needs cleaning by ;Shutting off the "lower" pet cock on the gauge glass assembly . Run the boiler until it produces steam, then open the gg assemblies drain . If the condensate comes over the top then the boiler needs to be skimmed. Skimming will remove the floating oil slick .....0 -
