Cast iron baseboard & Sunrads... How does this compare to a radi

Trying to find the best approach to heating a new 3700sq ft home, 3 floors, mostly wood (pine) floors and carpeting.
Windy location on Delaware Bay in So Jersey. Cast iron baseboard & sunrads (the windows start at 6" above the floor)? Or radiant? Owner prefers the durability of cast iron.

My Mom..........
lives across the bay in Deleware! As far as your question why not sell him both.In the carpet areas you can do radiant and supplement(if needed) with the cast iron rads.
If you use a constant circulation stradegy you can put TRV's on the rads or just let em run in parallel with the floor.I would oversize the radiation(CIBB) using the design water temps that your floor will need.Outdoor reset also.
