Baxi, outdoor reset? how to buy?

I can find web pages for Baxi distributors in other cities and in Canada, but none in my area (Chicago), and no way to locate a contractor. Any suggestions appreciated.

Also the sketchy description of Baxi boilers suggests that they have outdoor reset logic built in and usable if an external sensor is installed. But it doesn't exactly say that. And I thought Munchkin documentation was bad. Would anyone know?

It also says the water temp goes down to 86F, but it isn't a condensing boiler. Would anyone know what's inside it? is the built-in pump running a loop that tempers the return water?

One unit has outdoor reset, another does not! I believe the 310Fi does not! I have their installation manual in PDF if you would like me to send it to you. Let me know
