Flue Collar Adapters

Does anybody make a quality (heavy gauge, stainless steel, etc.) adapter to transition from the standard 7" boiler outlet breeching to the various standard sized chimney/flue pipes? I want something better than the thin, single wall stove pipe transitions. Thank you.
