yesterday.
What a fun job! We still have a few loose ends to finish, but I wanted to show you Jason's work. 7000 feet of Wirsbo hePEX in concrete and gyp. Hardwood and carpet, hence the two mixing valves. Nice work, Jason!

You guys have a service contract to shine that up once a year? I would be proud to have that in my basement.0 -
outstanding as allways
Nice pro-press work.
Cheese, I think what you are seeing is the "brilliance" of the work.

hey Heatboy
Nice work as usual....
Have you gotten any of my emails???
Did I post a pic of some crooked pipes and you're not talking to me
Why are the sensors on the bypass - just wondering?
Is the response much better uing two motorized valves as opposed to a manual 3 way slave?

No E-mails, Gregg.
Haven't received any from you. I figured you were mad at me ;-0 I was hoping to see you at Viessmann a couple of weeks ago. Maybe next time?
I put the sensors there as a trial. There will always be some water by-passing so I wanted to see how well it works. I may move them up the pipe before we are completely finished.
Since I have carpet and hardwood (read expensive), I wanted to give the wood floors a dedicated system. Yes, it will react better on it's own slope and all. It may have worked with a slave valve, I've done it on other floors, but not wood. Pain in the butt, also. This is the last gyp pour with nailers. From now on, it's floating wood floors or engineered wood. No matter how hard you try, the tubes are always running in the wrong direction somewhere. It's just to difficult for the flooring guys. That, plus all of the transfer area I lose because of the nailers.
