If you don't want to drive...

AMTRAK offers frequent service for just about anybody in or along the Northeast corridor, reasonably priced, too. You can upgrade to business class on most trains, and some even boast first class, especially the new ACELA trains, but that can run into $$$. Your stop is BWI Airport, call 1-800 USARAIL or visit their website, www.amtrak.com If any of you choose to come down by train, let me know, and we'll convene a "pre-Wetstock" in the lounge car. The hotel said they have a shuttle from the station.

    western pa

I think you have to go to Philadelphia then Baltimore and they're down to one or two trains/day across PA :-(

Great way to travel if it fits your schedule.

    Ever been?

To one of those auto thrill shows? Ever seen 'em take a corner on two wheels? That is what it is like riding in the back of Murph's van. I hope he took out that 2,000 lb. milling machine that was rolling around back there.

    WOW!

Now I am really scared. To answer later posts, two wheels, I grew up riding an old ford 8n around the farm, two wheels is a good thing. As to the train, seems toooooo long of a trip roughly 16 hours for a 4-5 hour drive. I guess what I was looking for was someone that wanted to go shotgun, and talk a little hydronics.

    Hey Jay

Dont listen to them guys, bad traffic is just that bad traffic. besides them road signs cannot be that important if they make them so small!!

    Murph,

Email me to discuss details. Kinda like my buddy who told me that the "beware of aggressive drivers" sign had my name all over it.

I'm leaving from exit 77 PA turnpike extension on thursday afternoon (Gotta make that bus Friday) planning on returning saturday night, if I can stay out of trouble. Anyone needs a ride is welcome. Am staying at less costly digs thursday nite right down the road.

    Well

Frank better have the backyard cleaned out before the port-o-potti guys get there.

Milne left a hell of a mess for them to clean and they were none too happy. That would probably explain why they weren't too neat when they came to pump them out.

As for buffing and waxing his radiators.........I suppose once everyone has partaken of enough adult beverage, we could be talked into just about anything.

Remember.....this is Wetstock......Anything can happen, and PROBABLY will!

    You Mean

Alaska isn't between Pennsylvania and Baltimore? Guess I'll have to hitch up the dog sled again.

Gonna be hard to keep Crab Legs and Halibut from stinkin up my luggage (got a 2 day class in Portland OR on the 13th and 14th) but might be able to con the wife into smokin up some salmon. Got a load in the freezer just waitin to be smoked.

See you on the Burnham Bus

    Look at it this way

Stinky luggage is less likely to be checked in our beefed up security!

    LOAD IT UP MAN!!!!!

I also promised my kids a pet Lemming, so if you could.................
