Floors are warping under radiator

We just put in new wood floors and installed our old antique radiators again and the heat/moisture is warping the floor. Is it appropriate to put trays under the radiators to prevent this? If so, what type of trays and where would i source them?
thanks -
Neil

    Floor problem

I would guess something is wrong with the floor. Radiators have been installed on wood floors for over one hundred years without problems. What kind of floor is it? How thick ? Was the floor stored in the house prior to installation? What kind of radiators?

    Moisture?

Are you seeing water? If so, something is wrong. One pipe steam vents air--it might be quite humid air but it should dissipate without condensing. Two-pipe steam and water systems shouldn't be producing moisture in ANY form.
