Sounds like
The EnergySmart program here in NY.
Buildiing science courses allow people from different trades to understand how what they do affects what others do.
You also get a much better understanding of how a building works, and with the right training, you will be able to begin to diagnose problem structures.
Even small changes to a stucture can have huge impact, sometimes deadly.
From what I have been told, more states across the country are looking into starting programs like the one in Vermont and New York. I would recommend the training to anyone in our industry. It certainly opened my eyes to things I had never before considered.
Thanks Murph!
