Flexible Oil Lines to Small Boilers
Ex Maine Doug
Member Posts: 162
the boiler room, goes thru the filter, OSV, a T to smaller copper lines to the pair of Reillos. Each time the boilers get serviced, the lline has to be disconnected to swing the boiler door open. While that does not happen frequently, it is messy.
Since I would like to have the filter, OSV and T mounted on the wall to regain floor space, would it be possible to have short flexible lines used to terminate at the burner so it permits the door to swing without disconnecting?
We use stainless covered flex for washers and sinks, is there a permitted equivilant for small oil burners in buildings? Thanks

Flex oil line
We use flex oil line with all our Buderus boilers with Reillo burners.0 -
We use flex lines on all of our installs w/ swingout doors. They make life so much simpler!!!0 -
Anybody got a supplier? Online?0 -
Most of our supply houses include the flex line in the boiler package. All of the ones we use have them available. Some require multiple fittings. The newest ones come with flare connections. So nice, so simple!!!!!0 -
Flex lines
You can purchase the flex lines that come with the Tiger Loop, separately. They come in 24" and 36" lengths, as I recall.0 -
