I've been pre-fabing this 199 for an install this week. The 1-1/4 loop will be t-drilled at the location to pipe in two secondary circs for this 2 zone 10,000 sq. ft. farm and feed store.
Notice the 3/4 1/2 3/4 pex fitting for the condensate drain air gap.
Also a Watts "drain port" ball valve for pump isolation and a low point drain.

Vision 1,2,3
I have to figure out this digital camara. We are installing our first multiple boiler (2-M140s) with Vision 1,2 and vision 3. This is state of the art stuff. When this gets out the other boiler boys will be shakin in their shoes. Dave and Brian and the HT crew are really pushin the envelope now. Get ready!0 -
brass pex fitting
Hey Hot Rod,
Save yourself a call back and put in a plastic tee. I did that once and had to replace it in only about a year. The condensate ate the bottom of the brass fitting out in a very short time.

I wondered about that, and in another post I suggested a plastic tee for this application. Thanks for reminding me, and the list-eners

Curious about
vision 2. Are you able to use an injection pump or is it mechanical valve only?

Nice Loop
Heh Hot Rod, what do you use to make those bends in the copper and what type of copper are you using to make that if you don't mind "sharing" your methods. I think that looks Kick A$$!
Thanks in advance,
Justin0 -
For copper bends
I use a REMS Curvo. It bends regular type L copper ut to 1-1/8". A great tool! Gets lots of attention at the jobsite.
