How to go about Sizing pressure tank

Central boiler plant serving 7 buildings with 2 condo's each. Hydronic air-handlers. Boilers two Smith boilers W19-4.
Pipe size starts at 2"- 1 1/2" primary constant cirulating and 3/4 inch secondary. Overall length of primary is approx, 1162 ft. GPM is 47.5 and total BTU's 660,000.
70.8 feet of head pressure.

Please advise the following;
A) What is the total System Capacity in Gallons
What is the minimum & maximum Temperature
C) What is the minimum & maximum Pressure
With this information a tank may be properly sized.
