Whats the best way to bleed a becket burner of fuel oil
Thank you for your time0 -
Perhaps you meant
air entrained in the oil?
If two-pipe, just hit the reset button once or twice.
A filter should be in there somewhere. Filters have bleeders on top that would get some air out. This assumes the oil level in the tank is ABOVE the bleed point. If not, air will be sucked into the bleeder and make it worse!
If a one-pipe and the oil is below the burner - take a deep breath and ask someone about a Tiger Loop.
