\"Add-On\" Radiation \"FINS\"

Has anyone heard of or knows where I may be able to find some information on add on fin for radiation.
I have a customer who has a 8 foot cabinet and a 4 foot piece of element. It is 1" copper pipe and he is looking to get a bit more heat out of the copper pipe without cutting in a new piece of element. We are wondering if there are radiation fins that will press onto the copper pipe to turn it into a longer element. Any info would be great.
