Pressure reducing station piping

We have a roof top unit now t5his is fed with a 125# steam and its reduced down to 5 # at the unit.
We would like to install a 50 to 5 # reducing station ahead of this. What pipe size would be sufficent to carry rhe steam. The space between the two regulators is 100 feet. What we are doing is tapping off our existing four inch line then going through the new reucing station. If this new station is two inch will it carry rhe load ?

    You Need To Know...

...how many lbs/hr have to be delivered to the coil. If you've got the CFM off the fan, and the delta-T in *F for the air, it's a simple calculation.

I've never had many problems knocking 125 down to 5 or 10 PSIG in one step, though a lot of manufacturers don't recommend it. Are you having a specific problem?
