Do you know and could you tell me step by step the correct way to remove air from my pipes.
forced hotwater
I have a two pipe reverse system.
Cast iron radiators.
Two story home.
Each radiator has a coin bleeder.
two pumped zones.
My way is not working.

First...
Turn of the main circulator. If you're trying to bleed with the pump running, you're chasing your tail.
Simply go around, and bleed the air off the coin vents.
Don't bother trying to "power purge" using garden hoses.
Start bleeding at the lowest floor wiht the radiators closest to the boiler, working your way outward. Then switch to the next floor, and again, starting with those rads closest to the boiler, then work your way outward. When you're completely done, turn the pump back on again. It is normal to hear some air bouncing through the system for up to a week. Eventually, the system should be virtually silent.
