Thermofin

Just fixed another disaster. Homeowner called about a radiantly heated addition that won't get above 55 deg. She just moved in last summer. Can't believe previous owner forgot to mention problem. The garden hose that was stapled under her floor was workin it's little brains out at 160 deg. and not keeping up. We ripped it all out. Installed Thermofin c plates and 1/2" pex, dropped the water temp. 20 deg. Installed a wirsbo promix so her CI boiler could operate at it's desired temp. It's 6 degF. outside and she just called to say it is 70 and wonderful. When will the gardeners stick to watering plants and let the heating professional do our thing. Why are these hacks not held accountable for this disgraceful impersonation of a heating system. I love my Thermofin. Try the extruded plates -they work. IMHO
