low voltage radiant heat

I'm researching radiant heat and found a product that sounds interesting for my 19th c. townhouse. We're looking at radiant for a new kitchen and bedroom above it. All the joists are open, but this product can be stapled to the subflooring. It's called Zmesh, from http://www.warmzone.com. It's a low voltage system using bronze mesh material to carry the heat. Although it has an (apparently) informative website, I cannot find other references to the product aside from distributors.
A similar product, WarmFloors, http://www.warmfloor.com,is based on "electro-plastics" elements. I wondered if any of you had any experiences with these products, pro or con?
