Utica 112,500 gas spark ignition with an electronic low water cut off.This unit is 1 month old,cust finds a no heat condition,unit shows red light low water condition BUT unit 's gauge glass shows water at half way level. Unit doesn't surge.Installer came twice and cleaned boiler water and pulled lwc probe and cleaned.Unit fires after resetting service switch.any ideas

Probe
Make sure 1st 2 threads on probe do not have dope or teflon tape on them.Might be a bad LWCO?0 -
Guage glass ....
If this is the same as the Dunkirk Plymouth, the guage glass is very long on the electronic cut off units and low water is about half way up the glass. Check the actual probe level... it is very high.

Also check
that the pipes between the boiler and the gauge glass are clear. If they are not, you can get a false reading which confuses the situation.
