leaking weil mclain boiler

What is the model # ? and do you have a tankless water heater? Sounds like it could just be a tankless gasket leaking maybe. Anything is possible but I have never seen one leak like you said it is. Also on warrenty's never have had problems with M/W.

    Leaky WM

I've had two WGO boilers with cracks next to the hinge (I no longer install WM). The last one was just two weeks ago; had been installed for 8 years. WM admitted to a design flaw and sent us new boiler (without burner) at no charge. We billed the HO for installation.

    I've replaced one

and they didn't give me a hard time. I think the front section is heavier on series 3 (at least in that area.)
