on a one pipe steam system , when in stalling steel fin baseboard do you need to install a return or can you hook it up the same as a radiator

if you have more than four running feet you will probably need a return .try it and find out!! sometimes steam works when it should notbut not very often. if you are a do it yourselfer you got nothin' but time.
