    riello in the barn

To let you know from the Albany, NY area. To solve that lock out promblem is total do to the cold oil (or 50/50)You diffinatly have to go to K1 and I would also install the Tiger Loop. Sounds like a bandaid, but the Riello pump has zero tolerance to real cold fuel. The Tiger loop will build some heat to the fuel by friction of recirculation. if you do this take another cumbustion test, you will have to make minor adjustments. Have learned 2 things Riello burners do not like cold oil and especially not 2 line systems with cold oil. Get a real laugh, call the riello rep and he will tell you "first time i have heard of this and you guy`s are the only one having this promblem". GOOD LUCK.
